Despite being owned by Gannett, the
Register
is still a really good paper. It's not quite what it was back in its multiple-Pulitzer-Prize-winning days, but as far as I'm concerned, it still beats the Strib hands down.

I found an article in the Register about a friend's little brother who got arrested for hosting a gambling ring in Pleasant Hill!
