(no subject)

I've been fighting the feeling lately that over the last couple of years--decades, really--humanity as a species has been on sort of a backward slide. If we're not actively marching backward into the past (and I argue that we are), we've at least hit a plateau. But then, sometimes a thing comes along that reminds me that we are, in fact, living in the future.

Today, that thing is aerosol pancakes.

Oh, what a beautiful world this will be. What a glorious time to be free.

It's a well-done site. I'm a little surprised that so few people have gone in that direction, because it really works.

If you look on the Googles (http://maps.google.com/maps?client=safari&q=276+Shipley+Street+San+Francisco,+CA+94107&ie=UTF8&oe=UTF-8&ll=37.782553,-122.403939&spn=0.009819,0.016329&z=16&layer=c&cbll=37.77851,-122.404536&panoid=0xSKRwIrdwQkfgEhp5bdcw&cbp=1,333.36922299245197,,0,3.492597527874644), it's a little tiny place in the SOMA.

I'm curious as to whether it is an actual product, or a marketing demo site.
