(no subject)

I failed to mention that I'm taking another drawring class at the MIA. Last spring, I took the Beginnning Observational Drawing class. This fall, I'm taking the advanced class. My instructor emailed me a while back to notify me about the class (EGO: I was one of three people in the class that she specifically asked to take the advanced class), but I didn't really decide I wanted to sign up until Tuesday.

My motivation is that I just won't do this sort of stuff unless I have a reason to. I actually had to clean the dust off of my sketchbook and drawing board before I took them to class. I always have these grandiose plans of dedicating time to pursuing my art, but left to my own devices I will do nothing. I just need supervision, it seems.

I think my next project will be to learn to paint. I always wanted to do that.
