Twice in the past three weeks, there have been school buses parked outside my office. I figure it's some kind of Scared Straight program.

"I work in Information Technology. I spend all day here in this beige box. Do you want to spend all day in a beige box? DO YOU WANT TO SPEND ALL DAY IN A BEIGE BOX?! NO? THEN START HUFFING PAINT AND STEALING CARS!"

If only they had social programs like that when I was an impressionable young boy... it's too late for me now. At least someone is finally thinking about the children.
