Oh, hey, I have a livejournal

Yes, so. Sewing class. Had the last class two weeks ago. It was a fine class and I learned a lot, but I think I need more instruction. I still seem to be sort of...the opposite of good. And for what it's worth, the robe still isn't done yet.

I probably didn't learn as much as I could have. I had a lot of stuff going on at work that was making me emotionally interesting. I had a slight concentration problem for a couple of months. (I'm feeling better now.)

The bigger problem here, though, is that I haven't even so much as looked at my sewing machine since the class ended. I have a suspicion that this is going to end the way all of my little enthusiasms end, with all of the supplies and equipment sitting on the shelf under an inch of dust. I'm such a fucking dilettante.
