That is appalling.
The salary is low, even for Iowa, right? I got offered something vaguely close to that to clerk in the UIHC emergency room - straight-up clerical stuff, no doctoring. Eight years ago, I got offered that. (I didn't take it)
The rest of his ad is just crazed.
